There's the art and there's the science and one can't exist without the other in the commercial world of fashion. An understanding of what sells helps underpin a strong collection, but innovation is the air that only design and the creative process can provide to let a business evolve and thrive. In this initial presentation, Pete Schonbeck who has been involved in both areas of the process, as well as the sourcing and sales presentation elements in both the wholesale and the retail world, will guide you through some key considerations in building a collection and ultimately selling it in-store and online.
