The BMC is a hugely popular tool used globally by businesses at all stages of their life cycles. It can help you identify the key requirements to create and deliver value to your customers.
 
This workshop will cover:
  • creating  strategies to help you cope with turbulent times
  • creating and using Business Models
  • introduction to the Business Model Canvas and how to use it to improve your business
  • creating benefit for your customer base
  • how you can deliver this benefit to your customers
  • piloting and testing changes and how to use this to create business plans
  • examples and case studies of Business Model Canvases used by different types of businesses
  • signposting to further resources.
