How do you work out if your business idea is a good one? This workshop will help you work out how to test your assumptions.
You’ve had an idea for a business. It might have come from identifying a customer need, or perhaps you have noticed a gap in the market. Or maybe you just want you use your skills in a new way.
But now what?
The first thing you need to do is to find out if you are right. Is there a market for your business? Will enough people buy your products or service at a sustainable price. You will have made a lot of assumptions which need to be tested.
This workshop will follow the Lean Startup approach popularised by Eric Ries, in combination with the Business Model Canvas.
Turning your idea into a successful business means you have to get the knowledge and evidence to make this a reality. You might need to know about market conditions, legal issues and how customers are likely to respond to your product or service when it is launched. Or you might not be sure what to start researching. We can help.
This workshop will show you how to develop a strategy to strengthen your business proposition and improve your chances of success.
This workshop is ideally paired with How do I Explore my Market (but should be attended beforehand).
