Mark International Women's Day with an evening of celebration, story-telling and expertise-sharing with a panel of some of the UK's most inspirational women in business. Learn from the success and achievements of woman entrepreneurs, gain strategies to overcome obstacles and look to the future.
Hilary Devey CBE: Business woman and entrepreneur, ex-BBC Dragon and CEO of freight distribution company Pall-Ex Group. In 2009, Devey made history as the first woman to win the prestigious Sir Robert Lawrence award for her contribution to the logistics and transport profession.
Dessi Bell: Co-founder of award-winning active wear brand Zaggora. Well-known for their Hotpants and Hotwear clothing line, Zaggora has helped over 1 million happy customers in 143 countries get results, with 97% saying they would recommend Zaggora to a friend.
Foluke Akinlose MBE: Founder of Precious magazine and awards recognising the professional achievements of women of colour in the UK. The precious awards have promoted successive UK Prime Ministers and leading political voices to passionately proclaim their support and admiration.
Award winning business presenter and Media Director of PS Programmes, Nadine Dereza will chair Women Mean Business.
The event is followed by a networking reception with drinks and canapés until 21:30
