****This is an in person workshop - please come into the British Library.****

To assist you with your business idea, we will be presenting the Value Proposition Design systematic process for developing new products and services which focusses on gaining an in-depth understanding of the needs and experiences of target customers. It can be applied to all sectors and emphasises engagement with target customers and experimentation to enable entrepreneurs to make decisions based on evidence and data. It is a process which fits under the wider heading of Lean Startup. This webinar will go through the Value Proposition Design process as well as looking at tools like the Business Model Canvas; the Customer Development model for engaging with potential customers and the concept of Minimum Viable Product.

Presented by Seema Rampersad:

Seema works in at the Business & IP Centre at the British Library. She supports and assists a diverse range of businesses from all sectors, especially helping those who are at a start-up and growth levels.
