Change in price to the CLA default copyright fee

The Copyright Licensing Agency (CLA) default copyright fee will be rising from £15.00 to £17.50 on 1 January 2018.

The CLA apply a default copyright fee for licensed material that doesn’t have a publisher set fee.  The new default fee will be applied to copies from books and any other items in our catalogue that don’t have a copyright record.

The fee will change as follows:

From 1 January 2018 - default copyright fee will increase from £15.00 to £17.50

The fee will automatically be applied when ordering items from the On Demand catalogue.
