The British Library is conducting research into how easy it is for our Readers to locate items in our online catalogues and access such material. We’ll be talking with and observing Readers over several days from April onwards in our Reading Rooms at St Pancras, with each one-to-one observation lasting no more than 45 minutes.

- How familiar you are with finding and ordering items. Please note, you don't have to be a regular user, as we're hoping to see how we can improve our services for all Readers

- What dates/times might suit you to talk to us
