The annual British Library On Demand customer satisfaction survey is live and your opinion will help improve the service.

The short survey, which will only take a few moments to complete, asks users to rate the performance of key aspects of the On Demand service, such as ease of order procedures and speed of delivery. There is also an opportunity to highlight which of the aspects of the service are most important to the user.

The survey can be found here, and we ask that all recipients complete it before the deadline of 30 September.
