The British Library is moving to a new finance system from April 2019. As a result, you will see some changes to your invoice:
- Your Customer Code will remain the same: however, your financial account number will change
- We will be moving to fully itemised billing, therefore your invoice will show all the details previously supplied as a separate usage statement rather than just the total cost
- To help us continue to become greener, invoices will be sent by email only. If you currently receive paper invoices and have not done so already, please contact us to let us know your invoice e-mail address
- If you have a deposit account, you will receive a firm invoice for any usage not covered by the credit held on your account. A pro-forma invoice will not automatically be generated when your account needs replenishing.
