British Library Digitisation Services will be exhibiting at the Museums + Heritage Show in London on 15-16 May.

The two day event features more than 50 free talks and is the perfect place to discover new ideas and opportunities, and to explore new ways of working.

Digitisation Services can help you convert your physical collections into digital resources. Whether it’s archive records, books of photographs; rare artefacts, large maps or scrolls, British Library Digitisation Services can manage your digitisation projects from start to finish.

A year of Digitisation in the British Library

On Wednesday 15 May at 14.15 we will be holding a masterclass at our stand. The talk will look at the range of collection items digitised by the Library over the past year.  There is no need to pre-book just come to stand R7.

British Library digitises 600-year old Malmesbury Bible

The Friends of Malmesbury Abbey commissioned the British Library to digitise four volumes of its bible, known as the Malmesbury Bible, this summer. Malmesbury had one of the most important libraries in Europe in the Middle Ages and was home to 12th-century historian and monk William of Malmesbury.
