British Library On Demand is continuing to supply loans to customers with On Demand business accounts.
Due to extended seasonal closures we have decided to continue the suspension of the auto renewal fee implemented during November’s national lockdown. We will provide a further update before the renewal fee is re-instated.
We are taking extra precautions to ensure you, our staff and the items remain safe to use for all. This means that it may take up to ten days for loans to be delivered. The loan period will only begin once the items have been despatched from The British Library.
Loans will be automatically renewed if they are not returned prior to the end of the loan period and any notifications concerning items on loan will continue to be sent to the requesting library.
