We are working to make long term improvements to the way we work but there will some short term disruption to our services

Subject to final confirmation, we are making upgrades to our Customer Relationship Management infrastructure which will impact our ability to provide some services between 13-15 July 2020.

During this time some of our standard services will not be available.

British Library Registration will be unavailable from 08.00 BST Monday 13 July, to 15.00 BST Wednesday 15 July, whilst we deploy a major upgrade to our Customer Relationship Management infrastructure. During this period you will not be able to download articles requiring DRM Lite if you have not registered for an Online account.  Our BLOD online ordering interface will also be subject to disruption from late afternoon on Tuesday 14 and on Wednesday 15 July.If you have any urgent requests regarding Covid-19 related research, contact our Customer Services team who will assist you directly.

An update will be provided when the improvements have been completed. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Your patience and understanding is appreciated.
