This edition of the report reflects on our research portfolio amidst the global pandemic and features projects as well as collecting that we have started to work on in response to this.

We also take a close look at our involvement in the Towards a National Collection programme and how we are using digital technology to begin to break down barriers between collections as well as interviewing AHRC Chief Executive, Professor Christopher Smith about the Collaborative Doctoral Partnership scheme.

As in previous editions, you will also find news of our ongoing programmes like Doctoral Open Days, doctoral research, and how we support acquisitions and exhibitions.

We welcome feedback on the report, so if you have any comments or suggestions for future editions, please get in touch with the Research Development Team.
