As Head of Marketing for the British Library, Harriet is responsible for developing the brand of one of the world’s greatest and much loved research and cultural institutions, supporting ambitious audience engagement and commercial targets. She leads a 25 strong team across marketing campaigns, brand, audience insight, digital content and design.
Harriet has in-depth experience and knowledge of arts, cultural, tourism and visitor attraction markets, both in London and across the UK. Previous roles including Head of Marketing at London’s Southbank Centre, Head of Visitor Marketing at National Trust and roles at VisitLondon. She has an MA in Cultural Tourism Management and a Professional Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
