Jean Petrovic is Bibliographical Editor at the Eccles Centre for American Studies at the British Library and the Centre's lead for Canada. Jean has compiled many guides to the Library’s collections, particularly its US holdings. Recent subjects include the Harlem Renaissance, early American women writers, the Federal Writers’ Project of the 1930s and US fine presses post-1945. Jean edits many of the Eccles Centre’s publications, contributes to the American Collections blog, and supports the Centre’s wide-ranging and lively programme. She holds a BA (Hons) in American Studies, an MA in History (US) and a Master of Library Science.
