I have worked at the British Library since 2008 and became curator for Germanic studies in 2011, covering Dutch, Flemish, Frisian and Afrikaans. I have over 30 years of experience as a qualified librarian in various libraries in the Netherlands and London. My interests cover a wide spectrum within the arts and humanities, with an emphasis on the Netherlands and Belgium and in particular the relationship between the Low Countries and the UK over time.
