The Head of Estates & Facilities ensures that the Library's property and accommodation is safe, comfortable, and meets the needs of users in a cost-effective and sustainable manner.  His department provides a wide range of support services including: maintenance and engineering projects; building fabric and construction; space management; cleaning; waste management & recycling; porterage; post; inter-site transport and travel.
