The Chief Operating Officer is responsible for most corporate functions, plus the customer experience and commercial performance of the Library. The COO has oversight of finance and planning activities, strategic risk and security, IT, remote customer services such as BL On Demand, the Reading Rooms, Human Resources, our commercial activities, and our estates and facilities.

Current Salary Band: £135,000 to £140,000
