Rebekah is a Research Fellow on the True Echoes project, a 3-year research and cultural heritage reconnection programme centred on recordings made during anthropological fieldwork in the Pacific region in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. She collaborates with UK and international partners to research issues related to collecting and interpreting multilingual datasets. Rebekah will also help with the development of offline access to British Library catalogues and enhance indigenous engagement with these cultural heritage records.

Prior to joining the Library, Rebekah completed an MA in Language Documentation and Description at SOAS, University of London. She also worked at the Endangered Languages Archive and as part of the Grambank project at SOAS.
