Tiina leads the development and delivery of a £3.4million ‘Single Digital Presence’ project, an innovative new online platform that will drive wider digital transformation of public libraries across UK and beyond. The project has a local, national and international impact, and it will invest £1.1m in local library websites to transform the reach and impact of public libraries across the UK.

Tiina oversees the planning, and delivery to high standard through effective leadership and management, working with multiple stakeholders and delivery partners. Tiina brings experience in the development of digital products and services, and a collaborative, cross-functional and agile approach to transforming ways of working in a large organisation. The project team consist of a brand new multi-disciplinary technical team of around 10 staff to deliver a new digital platform, including a product development (Product Leads, User Researchers, Content Strategist, Technical Lead, Interaction Designers and Service Designers), digital marketers and local delivery managers.

Part of Tiina’s remit is also to provide a strategic contribution to development of British Library corporate strategy and strategic work with public libraries.
