Yemisi is the founder of Hatch Ideas worldwide consultancy, supporting people and organisations develop their businesses, projects and ideas for cultural change and social impact.

How did you become involved in delivering events for the BIPC?

“I was invited to be a partner to deliver specialised workshops on grant fundraising. I work with a lot of creative, cultural and social impact businesses who either don't know how to or don't feel confident when it comes to grant fundraising. I really wanted to get involved with the BIPC to help businesses increase their chances of winning grants, by providing them with knowledge, tips, strategies, advice and coaching.” 

What’s the one BIPC resource you love to recommend to people?

“GrantFinder to help them find suitable grants and all the other market research databases that can support them making the case for their funding applications.”

Your best piece of business advice?

"’If you want to go fast go alone, if you want to go far go together.’ I really believe in partnership and this really resonated with me. I think that all businesses should have at least two or three businesses they can work with as associates in order to reach higher heights and create lasting legacies.”
