Festive events at the British Library

You can choose from having a dinner in our Boardroom — perfect for intimate celebrations — or hire the King’s Library Gallery, Terrace or Upper Gallery for your end of year bash.

Whatever you choose, may it be a December to remember at the British Library.

Festive dinner in the Boardroom

Minimum 32

  • Enjoy a three-course festive meal including a glass of Chapel Down sparkling wine, half a bottle of house wine and half a bottle of mineral water
  • Catering staff
  • Includes Christmas crackers and standard tableware
  • 6 x uplighters and background music.

From £150+VAT per person.

Festive dinner in the King’s Library Gallery

Minimum 80

  • Enjoy a three-course festive meal including a glass of Chapel Down sparkling wine, half a bottle of house wine and half a bottle of mineral water
  • Catering staff
  • Christmas crackers and standard tableware
  • PA System, microphone, background music, uplighters and AV technician
  • Venue hire of King’s Library Gallery (18.00 – 22.00).

Festive dinner in the Terrace

Minimum 120

  • Enjoy a three-course festive meal including a glass of Chapel Down sparkling wine, half a bottle of house wine and half a bottle of mineral water
  • Catering staff
  • Christmas crackers and standard tableware
  • PA System, microphone, background music and uplighters
  • Hire of the Terrace (18.00 – 22.00).

From £148+VAT per person.

  • Catering staff included

  • Hire of our King’s Library Gallery (18.00 – 22.00).
