You can book to visit our exhibition Paddington: The Story of a Bear (9 July – 31 October). From 19 July, you will not need to pre-book to visit Khadija Saye: in this space we breathe (open until 7 October) or our Treasures Gallery.

Your Members' Room

You can now visit your Members' Room without needing to pre-book, and our full menu of refreshments is back. All the comforts you're used to will be here, with comfy seating, work desks, Wi-Fi and power sockets available throughout. Please continue to wear a face covering while you're here, especially when speaking with staff and other users or in a crowded place.

Frequently asked questions

How do I claim my discount in the shops and cafés?

Simply present your Membership card when you make a purchase and the discount will be applied.

How do I claim my four free tickets?

Your free tickets can be redeemed on all events except Adult Courses, Late at the Library evenings and other select exceptions, and will be applied at the point of booking. To book event tickets simply call the box office on +44(0)1937 546 546. If you bought Membership online, you can log into your online account and redeem your free tickets when booking events online.

What happens if I visit and forget/or have lost my Membership card?

Members will not be able to access discounts and Membership benefits such as admission to exhibitions and the Members’ Room without a valid Membership card. If you have lost your Membership card, a replacement can be printed from the Information, Tickets & Membership Desk at St Pancras. This will render your lost/forgotten card inactive. Alternatively you can telephone Customer Services on +44(0)1937 546 060. They will be happy to post a replacement card to you.

What kind of services do you provide in the Members' Room?
