What began as a vision for a women’s online forum has grown into a thriving publishing company helping others tell their stories. In 2018, Esther founded Authentic Worth, a business rooted in storytelling, community and the power of lived experience that empowers creatives, authors and entrepreneurs to turn their personal journeys into impactful books.

In 2019, Esther connected with her local Business & IP Centre in Lewisham after attending one of their business events for aspiring entrepreneurs.

Since then, Authentic Worth has gone from strength to strength, publishing a growing catalogue of books, hosting regular workshops and seminars and launching dedicated memberships for business owners and creatives.
