Jennifer and Fiona are the founders of Amaze Associates, a transformational coaching company helping individuals and businesses navigate life and work challenges with confidence and clarity. With over 25 years of combined coaching experience, they launched their business to inspire growth, self-leadership and purpose-led success.
Their coaching supports individuals at a crossroads, whether facing career challenges, business decisions or personal transitions. They help clients navigate complex situations, rebuild confidence and take meaningful action toward lasting change.

Since becoming ambassadors, Jennifer and Fiona have secured contracts with local authorities and expanded their client base. Energised by the momentum gained through the support of the Business & IP Centre, they went on to launch their first podcast,hire a professional videographer/editor and successfully sell out their debut group coaching programme.
