Her local BIPC, based in Nottingham Central Library, supported Natalee in sorting out her intellectual property and trademarks, and in developing a business plan. Her local centre worked with her to find solutions to any problems and provided access to their large number of resources and market intelligence databases. Natalee has praised the BIPC for its free and easy-to-access support, available in her local community and right on her doorstep.
