Book your exhibition tickets
You can now plan your visit to our galleries. As a Member you can visit as many times as you like. Don’t forget you can also bring a friend for free. Visit Alexander the Great: The Making of Myth (until 19 February) and discover the fantastical stories that turned his legacy into legend. In our other gallery Chinese and British celebrates the history and impact of vibrant Chinese communities across the UK.

Your Members' Room
You can now visit your Members' Room without needing to pre-book, and our full menu of refreshments is back. All the comforts you're used to will be here, with comfy seating, work desks, Wi-Fi and power sockets available throughout.

How do I claim my discount in the shops and cafés?
Simply present your Membership card when you make a purchase and the discount will be applied.
How to I claim my half price tickets?
Just pop an event ticket in your basket and when you log in, the discount will automatically apply to your basket. Half price tickets can be redeemed on all events except Adult Courses, Late at the Library evenings and other select exceptions. Tickets can be booked online or by calling our box office on +44(0)1937 546 546.
What happens if I visit and forget/or have lost my Membership card?
Members will not be able to access discounts and Membership benefits such as admission to exhibitions and the Members’ Room without a valid Membership card. If you have lost your Membership card, a replacement can be printed from the Information, Tickets & Membership Desk at St Pancras. This will render your lost/forgotten card inactive. Alternatively you can telephone Customer Services on +44(0)1937 546 060. They will be happy to post a replacement card to you.
