Book your exhibition tickets
You can now plan your visit to our galleries. As a Member you can visit as many times as you like. Don’t forget you can also bring a friend for free. Visit Animals: Art, Science and Sound (Fri 21 Apr – Mon 28 Aug) and discover how documenting the animal world has resulted in awe-inspiring art, science and sound recordings. In our other gallery Chinese and British celebrates the history and impact of vibrant Chinese communities across the UK.

Your Members' Room
You can now visit your Members' Room without needing to pre-book, and our full menu of refreshments is back. All the comforts you're used to will be here, with comfy seating, work desks, Wi-Fi and power sockets available throughout.

Frequently asked questions
How do I claim my discount in the shops and cafés?
Simply present your Membership card when you make a purchase and the discount will be applied.
How to I claim my half price tickets?
Just pop an event ticket in your basket and when you log in, the discount will automatically apply to your basket. Half price tickets can be redeemed on all events except Adult Courses, Late at the Library evenings and other select exceptions. Tickets can be booked online or by calling our box office on +44(0)1937 546 546.
What happens if I visit and forget/or have lost my Membership card?
Members will not be able to access discounts and Membership benefits such as admission to exhibitions and the Members’ Room without a valid Membership card. If you have lost your Membership card, a replacement can be printed from the Information, Tickets & Membership Desk at St Pancras. This will render your lost/forgotten card inactive. Alternatively you can telephone Customer Services on +44(0)1937 546 060. They will be happy to post a replacement card to you.

What kind of services do you provide in the Members' Room?
The Members’ Room is an oasis in the heart of King’s Cross. Comfortable seating is complemented by a table-service bar which offers a delicious range of food, drinks and alcohol. Laptop- and phone-charging points and free WiFi are also provided. For more details read our Members' Room terms of use.
