Founder of PRECIOUS
Foluke Akinlose MBE is a content strategist and the founder of PRECIOUS, a UK platform supporting Black women and women of colour in business and leadership. She created the PRECIOUS Awards in 2006 and has spent two decades building trusted spaces for visibility, recognition and long-term success. Alongside PRECIOUS, Foluke has over 20 years’ experience in digital content and communications across public sector, education and community-led organisations. She specialises in helping founders turn complex ideas into clear, purposeful content, particularly websites and thought leadership that build trust and support sustainable growth.
