Suki’s Curries and Spices is a culinary company run by Suki Pantal that offers cook-alongs, pop-up kitchens and exclusive catering services for parties. Suki’s forthcoming cookbook, No Worries, Just Chicken Curries, brings together some of her most popular recipes to help people make Indian dishes at home. Starting her business during the COVID-19 pandemic, Suki reached out to her local Business & IP Centre in Worcestershire for a wide range of business support.

As well as attending webinars on marketing, social media and how to set up your own business, Suki received intellectual property guidance to properly protect her business. Although Suki found the free resource directory from the Business & IP Centre the most helpful, Suki also described the personal connection with friendly library staff at the Business & IP Centre as a huge boost to her confidence during a difficult period.
