Sounds of our Shores
Sounds of our Shores was a community-led project run by the British Library, in collaboration with the National Trust, the National Trust for Scotland and audioBoom Ltd. Members of the public were invited to upload their favourite seaside sounds to an interactive soundmap, to build a permanent digital resource of UK coastal recordings.
